他克莫司软膏治疗线状苔藓疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察他克莫司软膏治疗线状苔藓的临床疗效。方法:将入选的58例线状苔藓患者随机分为2组:治疗组30例及对照组28例。治疗组予外用他克莫司软膏,对照组予外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,均每日2次,连续使用6周或至皮损消退,于治疗后第2、4、6周各随访1次,疗程结束后第6个月随访,并记录复发情况。结果:治疗2、4、6周后,治疗组有效率分别为16.67%、56.67%和80%;对照组分别为21.43%、67.86%及82.14%,两组有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:外用他克莫司软膏治疗线状苔藓疗效确切,且不良反应发生率低。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of tacrolimus ointment for the treatment of lichen striatus. Methods： Fiftyeight patients with lichen striatus were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in the treated group and 28 in the control group. The treated group were given tacrolimus ointment while the control group received hydrocortisone butyrate cream twice daily for 6 weeks, or until complete disappearance of the cutaneous lesions. Patients were followed up 2, 4, 6 weeks and 6 months after completion of the treatment course. Results： The effective rates in the treated group at 2, 4 and 6 weeks were 16.67%, 56.67% and 80%, respectively. The effective rates in the control group were 21.43%, 67.86% and 82.14%, respectively. There were no significant differences in the effective rates between the two groups at all time points （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Topical tacrolimus ointment is effective with fewer adverse events for lichen striatus.
