摘  要:分别以碱性锌酸盐镀锌添加剂、钾盐镀锌油溶性添加剂、钾盐镀锌水溶性添加剂制备锌层,然后采用相同的三价铬钝化工艺,研究了不同电镀锌添加剂对钝化膜外观与耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:使用酸锌水溶性添加剂所得锌层钝化膜的耐盐雾性能最佳,在实际应用过程中可在同等钝化条件下替代中低端锌酸盐镀锌,使钝化膜兼具功能性与装饰性。Zinc coatings were electroplated with alkaline zincate zinc plating additive, oil-soluble potassium chloride zinc plating additive, and water-soluble potassium chloride zinc plating additive respectively, and then treated with a same trivalent chromium passivation process. The effects of different zinc plating additives on appearance and corrosion resistance of passivation film were studied. The results showed that the passivation film formed on the zinc coating prepared with a water-soluble acid zinc plating additive has the best resistance to salt spray corrosion. In practical applications, acid zinc electroplating with a water-soluble additive makes the passivation films having both functional and decorative effects, being an alternative for low to mid-class zincate zinc electroplating under the same passivation conditions.
