乳腺癌中医临床表型量表的初步研制

摘　　要：采用内容分析法提取乳腺癌中医证候相关要素条目(不包括舌脉),与中医体质量表、中医舌脉采集表合并,形成乳腺癌临床宏观特征条目,再以之与乳腺癌临床免疫组化指标、肿瘤标志物等基本临床资料进行合并,剔除重复条目,建立乳腺癌中医临床表型量表初稿。最后通过临床调查,采用离散趋势、相关系数、克朗巴赫系数和频数分布等方法对量表的条目进行再次筛选,形成乳腺癌中医临床表型初量表。研制出包含生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、疾病特有领域和中医特异性领域5个领域,分疼痛与不适、体质易感倾向、心理、社会、疾病特有、中医特异6个方面,共56个条目的乳腺癌中医临床表型量表。By the method of content analysis, this article extracts element items related to mammary cancer Chinese medicine syndrome （without tongue and pulse）. Combines them with Chinese medicine constitution scale and Chinese medicine tongue and pulse collection scale to form a mammary cancer clinical macro feature items. In addition, the article combined these items with basic clinical data, such as mammary cancer clinical immunohistochemical indexes, tumor markers, eliminated duplicated items and built the first draft of scale for mammary cancer Chinese medicine clinical phenotype. At last, according to clinical research, the article rescreened the items of the scale adopting the methods of tendency of dispersion, correlation coefficient, Cronbach α, frequency distribution, etc. Thus the 56-item initial scale for mammary cancer Chinese medicine clinical phenotype was formed, which consists of five fileds including physiology, psychology, society, disease characteristic and Chinese medicine specificity, and 6 aspects including pain and discomfort, physical predisposition, psychology, society, disease characteristic and Chinese medicine specificity.
