摘 要:为了研究接装纸打孔参数对卷烟烟气的影响,制备了不同打孔参数的接装纸,并测试了卷烟烟气焦油和有害成分的释放量,采用偏最小二乘回归(PLS)法分析了接装纸打孔参数对烟气焦油和7种有害成分(CO、HCN、NH_3、NNK、B[a]P、苯酚、巴豆醛)释放量的影响。结果表明:1随着不同打孔参数接装纸卷烟滤嘴通风率的增加,烟气中焦油和7种有害成分的释放量降低;2接装纸打孔面积对烟气焦油和7种有害成分释放量的影响最大;3打孔面积、孔数、孔排数、孔带宽度与烟气焦油和7种有害成分的释放量负相关;相同通风率时,孔径与烟气焦油及CO、HCN、NH_3、B[a]P、苯酚、巴豆醛的释放量正相关。In order to investigate the effects of tipping paper perforation parameters on the release of tar and seven harmful components(CO, HCN, NNK, NH_3, B[a]P, phenol, and crotonaldehyde) in mainstream cigarette smoke, cigarettes with tipping paper of different perforation levels were prepared. The filter ventilation level of the prepared cigarettes and the deliveries of tar and the seven harmful components in mainstream smoke were determined. The effects of tipping paper parameters(perforation size, perforation area, number of holes, number of rows and perforation band width) on the release of tar and the seven harmful components were analyzed with partial least squares regression(PLS). The results showed that: 1) With the increase of filter ventilation level,the release of tar and the seven harmful components decreased. 2) The perforation area on tipping paper was the main factor affecting the release of tar and the seven harmful components. 3) Perforation area, number of holes, number of rows and perforation band width negatively correlated the release of tar and the seven harmful components; while at the same filter ventilation rate, perforation size positively correlated to the release of tar,CO, HCN, NH_3, B[a]P, phenol and crotonaldehyde.
