摘　　要：中国正处于推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键阶段,基于对百年奥运梦到职业体育梦的展望,以制度变迁和跨域治理为理论分析工具,提出我国职业体育应以合理配置资源、凸显民生功能、均衡协调发展、塑造职业明星为制度设计的框架;同时,从培育多元治理主体、发挥服务社会作用、保障良好运转机制、统筹协同运作平台、转变运转实施路径和构建宏观监管模式,厘定职业体育治理结构、功能、制度、方法、运行和评价的基本内容和发展路径。In the phase of the construction of modernization of state governance system and governance capability, it is based on the prospection from the ＇ Olympic Dream＇ to ＇ Professional Sport Dream＇ , and it puts forward the framework of institution design, including rational allocation of resources, highlighting the people＇s livelihood function, the balanced and coordinated development and shaping the professional sports stars by the theory of institutional changing and across boundary governance. The basic contents of professional sports is consists of the structure, function, system, method, operation and evaluation, specifically by the cultivation of multi-subject, serving for the society, ensuring good operation mechanism, construction collaborative operation platform, transformation of working route, and construction of macroscopic monitoring mode.
