摘 要:以不同极性的乙酸乙酯和二氯甲烷为提取剂分别提取木榄幼苗水培收集液,采用GC-MS测定其根系分泌物组成,并与根际、非根际、裸滩土壤浸提液中的根系分泌物组成进行对比,分析木榄幼苗根系分泌物的特征。结果表明,乙酸乙酯提取法有较高的提取效率,提取得到的根系分泌物种类较多,共测得40种化合物,其中12种组分在根际土壤提取液中可检测到。比较分析可知,木榄幼苗根系分泌物主要为烃类、酯类和酚类化合物,其中烃类以不饱和脂肪烃为主。The root exudates of Gymnorrhiza seedings from hydroponic culture was extracted by ethyl acetate and dichloromethane which had different polarities and determineed by GC-MS. The root exudates from hydroponic culture were then compared with the root exudates extracted from rhizosphere, non- rhizosphere and non-plant soil to analyze the characteristics of root exudates of Gymnorrhiza seedling. The results showed that ethyl acetate had higher extraction efficiency than dichloromethane. 40 components were found in the ethyl acetate exudates,among them, 12 components were also be detected in the rhizosphere soil. The root exudates of G.seedlings were mainly consisted of hydrocarbons, esters and phenolic compounds, and the most hydrocarbons were unsaturated fatty acids.
