摘　　要：目的研究自然早产胎盘中细胞凋亡抑制因子survivin表达水平。方法收集我院2014年8月~2015年8月收治的60例胎盘,按随机表法将其平均分为两组,病例数均为30例,其中足月产分娩的胎盘为对照组,早产分娩的胎盘为观察组,对两组分别实施RT-PCR法（survivin m RNA定量测定）和细胞凋亡抑制因子survivin免疫检测。利用免疫组化检测的方法对两组胎盘组织间survivin因子的差别进行比较,并进一步研究其与survivin m RNA之间的定量关系,阐明Survivin基因表达在自然早产发生中的意义。结果经统计学分析,结果如下：两组患者的基本资料（主要包括产妇年龄、孕周和胎儿出生时的体重等）之间的比较差异均不具有显著性（P〉0.05）;观察组的Survivin蛋白表达比例低于对照组,两者之间的差异具有显著性（χ2=12.123,P〈0.05）;观察组的Survivin蛋白表达量低于对照组,两者之间的差异具有显著性（t=2.134,P〈0.05）。观察组的Survivin m RNA的表达比例低于对照组,两者之间的差异具有显著性（χ2==11.321,P〈0.05）。观察组Survivin蛋白（△CT值）低于对照组,两者之间的差异具有显著性（t=2.235,P〈0.05）。结论在胎盘滋养细胞中,凋亡抑制因子survivin的表达水平下降会促使细胞过度凋亡现象的发生,这个机制又会致使胎盘功能下降,进而发生早产。Objective：To study survivin expression level of apoptosis inhibitory factor of natural premature placenta. Methods：60 cases of placenta from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital were collected,according to the random table method,it was divided into two groups,the number of cases of two groups was both 30,the observation group was placenta of premature delivery,the control group was the placenta of term delivery,they were respectively apoptosis inhibitory factor survivin immune detection and survivin m RNA quantitative determination（RT-PCR method）,the differences of survivin factor of placental tissue between two groups were detected by using immunohistochemical method and the quantitative relationship between m RNA and Survivin was analyzed,clarify the significance of survivin gene expression in the spontaneous preterm delivery. Results：After statistical analysis,the results were as follows：The basic data of the two groups（including maternal age,gestational age,birth weight,etc.）were not significantly different（P〈0.05）;Survivin protein expression ratio of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant（χ2=12.123,P〈0.05）;Survivin protein expression quantity was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant（t= 2.134,P〈0.05）. Survivin m RNA expression ratio of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant（χ2=11.123,P〉0.05）. Survivin protein（CT value）of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant（t=2.235,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In placental trophoblast cells,the expression level of apoptosis inhibiting factor survivin can induce the apoptosis of cells,this mechanism may result in the low placental function,and then promote the premature birth.
