摘　　要：目的了解catenin在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的表达及作用。方法收集正常妊娠组50例,妊娠期糖尿病组50例(饮食控制者30例,使用胰岛素者20例)的空腹血及胎盘组织,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测空腹血中catenin的表达情况;采用免疫组化法检测胎盘组织中catenin的表达情况。结果 catenin在妊娠期糖尿病患者中表达明显高于正常妊娠组;应用胰岛素控制血糖者catenin表达明显高于饮食控制者,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 catenin表达异常可能是妊娠期糖尿病发生的早期事件,为疾病的预测及防治提供新的思路。Objective：To investigate the expression and clinical significance of catenin in those women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods：the expression of catenin in blood were determined by ELISSA from patients with GDM（GDM group,n=50）,30 patients control glucose through diet,others needed to be treated with insulin,normal pregnant women（normal pregnancy group,n=50）. The expression of catenin in placents were determined by immunohistochemistry from patients. Results：Catenin content in GDM group was higher than that in normal pregnancy group（P〈0.05）and the catenin in women who were treated with insulin was higher than those control glucose with diet（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The abnormal expression of catenin in women with gestational diabetes mellitus may be the early events,which may provide new ideas for the prediction and prevention of GDM.
