八项质量管理原则在石油物探项目的运用

摘　　要：正处在改革重组、转型发展新常态下的石油物探企业,所获项目日渐稀少,甲方要求越来越高,客观上对企业项目管理提出了更高要求,必须推动项目管理创新,探索新模式,不断提升发展质量和效益才能走出困局。理论与实际相结合,将以顾客为关注焦点、领导的作用、全员参与、持续改进等八项质量管理原则运用于项目管理的全过程,取得了较好效果,具有一定的实用性和可操作性。The petroleum geophysical enterprises are being in the reformation, the number of the projects received by them is reducing,but the requirements of their owners are increasingly high. So the project management level of the enterprises should be continuously im-proved. The petroleum geophysical enterprises must promote the innovation in project management, and explore a new project manage-ment model to enhance the quality and efficiency of project management. Through the combination of theory and practice, the eight prin-ciples of quality management, such as the customer focus, leadership effect, all staff participation, continuous improvement, are appliedto the whole process of project management, a good application effect is achieved, and the eight principles have certain practicabilityand maneuverability.
