摘 要:实验动物是医学教育临床训练中不可缺少的重要组成部分,是锻炼医学生动手能力的必要支撑。随着医学实验教学大量地使用实验动物,实验动物的伦理学问题逐渐地引起了人们的重视,而在教学中我们发现医学生对动物伦理学的认知并不够完善,对实验动物仍缺乏必须的尊重。在理论课程中我们用医学伦理学来研究医学领域中人的道德问题,同样在实验教学中也需要引导学生学会如何去尊重实验动物。对此,我们从本科开始采用多种方式提高动物伦理学知识的传授,例如加强学生的课堂教育及课外辅导、加强对教师的培训以及改善动物实验室的环境等,以此来加强医学生对动物权利的认知。Experimental animal is an important part of clinical training in medical education, so it is necessary tosupport the training of students' ability. Experimental teaching needs a large number of experimental animals andanimal experimental ethics problem has gradually attracted people's attention. In the teaching process, we find thatmedical students' cognition on animal ethics needs to be perfected. They should be taught to show due respect toexperimental animals. In theoretical courses, we use medical ethics to study the moral issues in medical field, andwe also need to guide the students to learn how to respect the experimental animals in experiment courses. In thisregard, from undergraduate teaching we began using a variety of ways to enhance the teaching of knowledge ofanimal ethics, such as strengthening students' classroom education and extracurricular counseling, strengtheningteachers' training and improving animal laboratory environment in order to strengthen medical students' awarenessof animal rights.
