玉米不育系回交转育群体农艺性状的遗传变异及相关分析

摘  要:为研究不育系主要农艺性状在回交早代的分布特点,以玉米细胞质雄性不育系cms-合344为母本与辐63018进行杂交,以辐63018为轮回亲本进行回交转育不育系,对BC1和BC2两群体12个农艺性状进行遗传变异和相关分析。结果表明,在两群体中变异系数较大均是秃尖长,轴粗在两群体之间差异最大。对12个性状进行相关系数分析,BC1穗行数和轴粗两个性状与其他性状间没有相关性,BC2穗行数与行粒数没有相关性。利用两群体中的各变异性状,结合性状间的相关性进行选择,可以加快转育新的玉米不育系。In order to study the main agronomic traits distribution of sterile line in backcross generations,the cytoplasm male sterile line cms-He 344 and Fu63018 were used to hybrid,in which Fu63018 line was as the recurrent parent. 12 agronomic traits of BC1 and BC2 were carried on genetic variation and correlation analysis,the results showed that the coefficient variation of bald long was large,and the axis coarse had the biggest difference between two groups. The correlation coefficient analysis among 12 traits results showed that the number of rows and coarse axis had no relationship with other traits in BC1 groups,and the number of rows had no relationship with kernels rows in BC2 groups. The different variation trait of two groups was used to combine with relevance,which could speed to transfer new maize CMS.
