大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝与梯度热量饲料关系的研究

摘　　要：通过饲喂不同能量梯度高脂高胆固醇饮食,促使SD大鼠肝脏形成脂肪肝病变,观察不同能量梯度的高脂高胆固醇饲料对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝病变程度的影响。将成年雄性SD大鼠随机分组,甲、乙、丙组分别食用由低到高不同能量梯度的高脂高胆固醇饲料饲喂,丁组大鼠饲喂普通饲科,自由饮水,饲喂4周。结果表明,甲组与正常对照组大鼠肝脏相对比无脂肪空泡产生,乙组与丙组大鼠肝脏均出现脂肪颗粒,丙组较乙组脂肪颗粒有所增加。实验表明在一定能量梯度下的高脂高胆固醇配比饲料饲喂大鼠所形成的脂肪肝程度不同。By the different energy gradient of high fat and high cholesterol diet,the liver of SD rats induced to form fatty liver disease,and the pathological features of liver in rats were observed. The SD rats were randomly divided as normal control group D,gradient model group A,group B,group C. the rats model were fed with the common growth,and feeding section,A,B and C were fed with the different energy gradient of High fat and high cholesterol diet,and the free drinking water. Rats were fed for 4 weeks,the rats were killed,took the liver tissue quickly and weighed it,and the liver was observed. The results show that the liver of B and C group occured fat particles,and C group compared with B group the fat particles increased. The fatty liver of rats fed with high fat and high cholesterol ratio in a certain energy gradient is different.
