摘　　要：目的:分析山东省立医院近3年脑心通胶囊应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:从信息网络中心的HIS系统检索山东省立医院2011—2013年脑心通的使用金额、处方数、使用科室、主要病症等相关信息,利用Excel表格软件按使用科室、主要病症等进行数据的梳理、分类、整理。结果:山东省立医院近3年脑心通胶囊总金额489.165万元;处方共58,445张,不规范处方占0.02%,不适宜处方12.82%,超常处方2.47%;涉及17个门诊,以心血管门诊最多,占54.13%,其次为神经内科、内科、中医科门诊,分别占30.04%、12.93%、1.30%;主要病症261个,涉及13大系统,排列前三位的为心血管、脑血管和内分泌系统,分别占60.91%、26.40%和8.94%。结论:脑心通胶囊在山东省立医院的用药情况基本合理,98.70%处方由西医医师开具,处方书写欠规范,合理用药有待加强。Objective： To analyze the application of Naoxintong capsule in the past three years, to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods： From the HIS system information retrieval network center in our hospital from 2011 to 2013, the amount of Naoxintong capsule, prescription number, Department, main symptoms, and other relevant information were retrieved, and the Excel spreadsheet software was applied to classify the data of department and main symptoms. Results： In our hospital in recent three years, the total amount of Naoxintong capsule was 4,891,650 yuan; There were 58,445 prescriptions, with 0.02% not normative prescriptions, 12.82% inappropriate prescription, and 2.47% extraordinary prescription, involving 17 clinics; cardiovascular outpatient service to most, accounted for 54.13%, followed by neurological department of internal medicine, internal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, respectively accounted for 30.04%, 12.93% and 1.30%; there were 261 main symptoms, involving 13 system, and the top three ranked for cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and endocrine system, respectively accounted for 60.91%, 26.40% and 8.94%. Conclusion： The application of Naoxintong capsule in our hospital is basically reasonable, but 98.7% of prescriptions issued by Western physicians; prescription writing less standardized, rational use of drugs should be strengthened.
