摘　　要：信息战场需要电子战与网络战来共同承担夺取制信息权的重任,这促使二者相互融合、相互依存、互为对方提高作战效能创造条件,从而形成了"网电一体战"。论文首先从"网电一体战"的发展过程入手,通过分析"网电一体战"的模型,提出了针对"网电一体战"的攻击战法,以形成信息优势,夺取战争的胜利。Information battlefield requires electronic warfare and network warfare to take the responsibility of capturing the right of information,which promotes the integration of the two,mutual interdependence,mutual help each other to improve the operational effectiveness of the creation of conditions,thus forming a＂network of war＂.Starting from the development process of the＂integrated electricity network warfare＂,through the analysis of＂integrated electricity network warfare＂model,＂integrated electricity network warfare＂attack tactics are put forward to form the information advantage,win the war.
