医用黏合剂α-氰基丙烯酸酯对大鼠皮肤创面修复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察α-氰基丙烯酸酯医用黏合剂对大鼠皮肤创面修复的影响。方法:取50只SD大鼠,随机分为黏合组和缝合组,每组25只。在大鼠背部建立创伤模型。黏合组滴加医用黏合剂封闭创面切口,缝合组采用传统缝线封闭创面切口。观察并记录创面切口封闭时间、创面切口局部情况、大鼠整体状态、愈合切口断裂力。术后2周取皮肤全层作组织病理观察。结果:黏合剂封闭创面切口时间与缝合组比较差异明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组创面切口愈合平整,无感染等炎症表现,整体状态反应较轻。术后第1、3天黏合组与缝合组创面愈合切口断裂力差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第7、10天黏合组与缝合组创面愈合切口断裂力差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:α-氰基丙烯酸酯黏合剂可以显著提高封闭创面切口时间,且修复后期不影响创面切口正常愈合及切口断裂力。Objective To study the effect of α-Cvanoaervlate on healing of rat skin incisions. Methods Totall.v 50 SD rats were randomly divided into all adhesive group and a suture group with 25 ones in eaeh group. The trauma model was made at the back of the rats. The α-Cyanoaerylate was applied to closing the incision in the adhesive group, and suture was applied in the suture group. The time of closing the incisions, regional reaction, general state of the rats and the snap strength of the healing incisions were observed and recorded. The full-thiektless skin was taken for pathology observation 2 weeks after the operation.Results The time of closing the incisions between the adhesive group and sulure group showed obvious differences （P〈0.05）. Little regional reaction and general state were observed in the two groups and no statistic signifieanee was found for the results of the snap slrellglh of the healing incisions. The wound snap strengths of the adhesive group were signifieantl.v different from those of the suture group 1 and 3 days after the operation, while not statistically different 7 and 10 days after. Conclusion α- Cyanoacrylate fan signifieantly improve lhe lime of closing lhe rat skin incisions without affecting the normal healing of incisions and the snap strenglh of the healing incisions.
