摘　　要：目的:设计医院手术分级控制系统,解决医院原有手术预约过程中出现的各种问题。方法:采用客户端/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构,基于医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)数据库和医院局域网,使用Power Builder 9.0开发完成。结果:实现了手术预约与查询、工作量统计、手术字典维护、手术审批、手术安排、系统维护等功能。结论:医院手术分级控制系统规范了手术名称及编码规范,科学动态管理手术医师等级,使医院手术分级管理工作得以顺利开展。Objective To design a hierarchical operation control system in the hospital to solve the problems during operation appointment. Methods PowerBuilder 9.0 was used to develop the system with Client/Server structure, HIS database and hospital intranet. Results Many functions were realized such as operation appointment, operation dictionary maintenance, operation approval, operation arrangement, system maintenance and etc. Conclusion The operation grading control system have regulated the name and code of operations, managed the dynamic operation physician level scientifically so that the operation grading nmnagement can be developed smoothly in the hospital.
