摘　　要：目的:设计一个转换平台,以解决当前常见肺功能仪数据库应用局限、数据单一、难与统计学软件兼容等问题,提高肺功能数据库应用效率。方法:安装应用ABBYY、虚拟打印机软件,将肺功能报告PDF格式转换成Excle表格,建立数据转换平台,实现肺功能数据库的按需转换。结果:通过该转换平台,实现了肺功能数据随时转换、录入、统计和图文报告存储等各项管理,并有效解决了与统计学软件兼容等问题。结论:该转换平台可实现肺功能数据转换、备份,与医学统计软件兼容,为方便肺功能的临床、教学、科研的数据应用,提供了可靠的信息支撑。Objective To design a data-conversion platform to improve the existing PFT database in application, data and compatibility with statistics software. Methods ABBYY software and virtual printer software were installed to converse pulmonary function report from PDF format into excel format, and thereby the conversion of PFT database was achieved as needed. Results The platform realized pulmonary function data management in format conversion, input, statistics, teletext report storing, and achieved the compatibility with statistics software. Conclusion The platform implements conversion and backup of pulmonary function data and the compatibility with statistical software, and facilitates the data application of clinical treatment, teaching and scientific research on pulmonary function.
