摘　　要：目的:基于远程网络医疗,构建家庭病房网络协同医疗服务平台,实现医院、干休所、家庭病房信息共享。方法:充分运用卫生信息、移动互联网、生物传感、物联网、云技术等技术手段,选择合理的网络数据传输方式,以医院为监管中心、干休所为服务站,设计安全、可靠的业务软件。结果:通过该平台,多参数移动监护终端在家庭病房采集到的生命体征参数,通过专线传输到医院监管中心,医院和干休所服务站通过业务管理系统保障家庭病房的诊疗工作。结论:网络协同医疗服务平台在保证数据安全性的条件下,实现了医院、干休所、家庭病房的信息共享,提高了老干部的医疗保健服务水平。Objective To construct a network collaborative medical service platform based on the family ward to realize information sharing between the hospital, cadre sanitarium and family ward. Methods The plattorm was developed with mobile Internet, biosensing technology, IOT, cloud technology and network data transmission, which adopted the hospital as the supervision center and the sanitarium as the service station. Results The platform transmitted the vital signs data acquired at the family ward to the hospital, and the hospital and sanitarium supported the treatment and diagnosis at the family ward by operation management system. Conclusion The platform realizes data safety and information sharing between the hospital, cadre sanitarium and family ward, and enhances medical service for the veteran cadres.
