耳穴压豆联合奥尔芬治疗下肢新鲜骨折后疼痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆联合双氯芬酸钠盐酸利多卡因注射液(奥尔芬)治疗下肢新鲜骨折后疼痛的疗效。方法 51例下肢新鲜骨折患者,随机分为对照组25例和耳穴组26例。对照组患者骨折后给予肌内注射奥尔芬镇痛,耳穴组在对照组基础上增加耳穴压豆治疗。观察治疗后不良反应,比较两组治疗前后的疼痛情况及对镇痛的满意度。结果治疗20、40 min及1 h时耳穴组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分优于对照组(P<0.05),且耳穴组未见不良反应,患者满意度高。结论耳穴压豆在下肢新鲜骨折后疼痛的治疗中有辅助及加强作用,与奥尔芬联用疗效更优。Objective To investigate curative effect by ear acupoint bean pressing combined with compound diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride injection（Olfen） in the treatment of pain after lower limb fresh fracture. Methods A total of 51 lower limb fresh fracture patients were randomly divided into control group with 25 cases and ear acupoint group with 26 cases. The control group received Olfen by intramuscular injection for analgesia after fracture, and the ear acupoint group received additional ear acupoint bean pressing therapy. Adverse reactions were observed, and comparison was made on pain condition and analgesia satisfaction degree between the two groups. Results In 20, 40 min and 1 h of treatment, the ear acupoint group had better visual analogue scale（VAS） scores than the control group（P〈0.05）. The ear acupoint group also contained no adverse reactions, along with high satisfaction degree. Conclusion Ear acupoint bean pressing provides assistant and strengthening effect in treating pain after lower limb fresh fracture, and its combination with Olfen contains better curative effect.
