醒脾消食汤治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探究醒脾消食汤治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法 60例小儿厌食症患儿,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组应用醒脾消食汤治疗,对照组应用常规西药枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒(妈咪爱)治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗2周后治疗组患儿的治疗总有效率93.3%高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论醒脾消食汤治疗小儿厌食症效果显著,且安全性高。Objective To investigate clinical effect by Xingpi Xiaoshi decoction in the treatment of infantile anorexia. Methods A total of 60 infantile anorexia children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received Xingpi Xiaoshi decoction, and the control group received conventional therapy by bacillus subtilis and enterococcus duplex living bacterium multidimensional particles（medilac-vita）. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment group had higher total effective rate as 93.3% than 80.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xingpi Xiaoshi decoction provides precise effect in treating infantile anorexia, along with high safety.
