摘 要:研究了皮秒激光快速制备牙科氧化锆(Y-TZP)陶瓷疏水性功能表面技术,在Y-TZP陶瓷表面微制造出整齐的周期性微槽阵列,包括直槽阵列和柱状阵列,使Y-TZP陶瓷表面浸润性由本征亲水性(70°)向疏水性转变,且符合Cassie模型。分析研究了激光工艺参数对制备陶瓷表面微槽形貌和尺寸的影响,当激光扫描次数低于15次、功率小于15 W时,可得到光滑、均整的槽型微结构,有效改善了陶瓷表面的疏水性能。The preparation technology of dental zirconia(Y-TZP) ceramic hydrophobic functional surface by picosecond laser was studied. The periodic neat micro channel array were produced on the surface of Y-TZP ceramic,including straight slot array and cylindrical array,the surface wettability of Y-TZP ceramic was changed from the intrinsic hydrophilicity(70°) to the hydrophobicity,which was in accordance with the Cassie model. The effect of laser processing parameters on the morphology and size of micro grooves was studied. When the laser scanning times is less than 15,the power is less than 15 W,which can get a smooth,uniform trough type microstructure,this microstructure can effectively improve the surface hydrophobicity of Y-TZP ceramic.
