摘　　要：图书馆是高校提供勤工助学公益岗的重要阵地。充分发挥图书馆勤工助学公益岗的职责功能可以实现图书馆与大学生双赢的局面。为此,本文分析了高校在图书馆开设勤工助学公益岗过程中存在的问题,并从思想认知、工作制度、工作内容、内外互动等方面提出了几点对策,以此促进高校图书馆大学生勤工助学公益岗的有效应用。Library is to provide the important position of part-time public service posts. Providing libraries into full play functions, public library and university students＇ win-win situation. To the end, this paper analyses the University in providing library opened public gang problems in the process, and from cognitive, work, work content, aspects of interaction between the outside and puts forward some countermeasures, to promote the application of college students work-study program in university libraries public librarian.
