兔病毒性出血症病毒保藏及其对疫苗效果的研究

摘　　要：将不同地区收集到的 8株兔病毒性出血症典型病料 ,放在 -3 0℃低温冰箱中分别保藏 5年和 1 0年 ,保藏期满后取样检测血凝效价 ;并用保藏 5年的 RHDV病料和 2 0 0 1年活化增殖的新鲜病料分别制成病毒疫苗。试验结果表明 RHDV以病料形式 (主要是肝、肺等脏器 )保藏 ,在 -3 0℃低温冰箱中 ,经 5年后 ,病毒血凝效价稳定不变 ,保藏 1 0年后总下降率为2 5% ,但病毒效价仍大于 2 560 ,可用于疫苗生产 ;说明该病毒在上述条件下保藏 5～ 1 0年病毒是比较稳定的。不同保藏年限的病料批量生产疫苗 ,安全性和免疫保护率均达到 1 0 0 %。strains of Rabbit viral heamorrhagic disease virus(RHDV) were preserved in the form of tissues under -30 ℃.The fixed periods of store were 5 to 10 years.After preservation, the tissues HA must be tested , and inactivated vaccine were prepared from the tissues respectively at the same time. The data showed that the activities of RHDV strains were very stabile at aforementioned preservation condition,HA of 5 years were unchanged and HA of 10 years dropped 25% on an average. The safety rate and protection rate of the vaccine were 100%.In addition some questions of the preservation and vaccine preparation were discussed deeply.
