摘　　要：网络信息咨询服务自发展以来,以其便捷性、实时性、灵活性等特点受到广大师生、读者的好评。然而面对东西部高校图书馆服务水平和服务意识的差距,西部地区高校图书馆网络信息咨询服务仍存在馆藏数字化资源不足、信息咨询平台建设不够完善、缺乏高水平信息咨询服务人员等问题。图书馆应采取健全图书馆数字资源建设、提高信息咨询馆员业务水平、吸引优秀人才等有效措施,逐渐缩短与东部地区高校图书馆的差距,优化服务水平,提高服务能力。With the development of network information consultant service, its characteristics such as convenience, instantaneity, flexibility,praised by the great majority of readers.But in front of the university library service level and service consciousness betweenthe libraries of the east and west region. The western region of university library network information consultancy service still exist lots of matters, such as collection of digital resources, imperfect information platform construction, the lack of high level information consulting services. Should be taken to improve the library digital resource construction, improve the level of business information consultancy librarians, effective measures such as attracting talent, and gradually shorten the gap with the eastern region of university library, and optimizing the service level, improve the service ability.
