银屑病患者血脂水平与血小板参数的关键性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨银屑病患者的血脂水平与血小板参数以及二者在银屑病临床诊治中的价值。方法选取本院收治的银屑病患者100例纳入观察组,选取同期本院健康体检者100例纳入对照组。检测并比较两组研究对象的血脂水平、载脂蛋白水平及血小板参数。记录观察组患者并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(Apo B)水平均明显高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者血小板计数、平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板比容(PCT)均显著高于对照组,而血小板分布宽度(PDW)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于健康人群,银屑病患者表现为血脂异常,血小板计数升高、MPV增大,上述改变可能对银屑病的发展以及并发症的发生具有一定影响。Objective To investigate the clinical value of the levels of blood lipids and platelet parameters in patients with psoriasis in diagnosing and treatment of psoriasis. Method A total of 100 patients with psoriasis treated in our hospital were selected as observation group, and 100 healthy people were selected as control group. Compared the levels of blood lipids and lipophorin and platelet parameters between the two groups. Recorded occurrence of complications of observation group. Result The levels of TG, LDL-C and Apo B of observation group were significantly higher than control group（P 0.05）, while the level of HDL-C was significantly lower than control group（P0.05）. In addition, platelet count, mean platelet volume（MPV）, platelet crit（PCT） were significantly higher than control group, while the platelet distribution width（PDW） was significantly lower than control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Compare with healthy people, psoriasis patients show abnormal blood lipids platelet count and platelet volume increase. These changes may have an adverse effect on the development of psoriasis and the occurrence of complications.
