摘  要:目的探讨上呼吸道感染患儿高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达水平的临床价值。方法选取2014年4月至2015年7月本院收治的90例上呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,根据细菌和血清学检测结果分为支原体感染组(39例)和细菌感染组(51例)。观察并比较两组患儿白细胞计数和hs-CRP水平变化情况。结果细菌感染组患儿白细胞计数、血清hs-CRP水平及其异常率明显高于支原体感染组(P<0.05)。细菌感染组患儿治疗后白细胞计数、血清hs-CRP水平及其异常率明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP水平动态检测可用于评估不同病原菌引起的小儿上呼吸道感染的治疗效果,为小儿上呼吸道感染的早期诊断与治疗提供重要的参考依据。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) expression level of children with upper respiratory tract infection which were caused by different pathogens. Method From April 2014 to July 2015, 90 children with upper respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into mycoplasma infection group(39 cases) and bacteria infection group(51 cases). The white blood cell(WBC) counts and the levels of serum hs-CRP between the two groups were observed and compared. Result WBC count, the level of serum hs-CRP and abnormal rate of bacteria infection group were higher than mycoplasma infection group(P 0.05). After treatment, WBC count, the level of serum hs-CRP and abnormal rate were lower than mycoplasma infection group(P 0.05). Conclusion Dynamic detection the level of hs-CRP can be used to evaluate the treatment effect of upper respiratory tract infection in children caused by different pathogens, application of this test provides an important reference for early diagnosis and treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.
