摘　　要：目的探讨不同程度高血压患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管内皮生长因子(EGFR)水平及其临床意义。方法选取本院2014年10月至2015年10月收治的高血压患者150例,检测不同程度高血压患者血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、EGFR水平,分析血清中上述炎性因子水平与高血压患者平均动脉压和左室射血分数(LVEF)的关系。结果高血压组患者TNF-α、hs-CRP、VEGF水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),3级高血压组患者血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、VEGF水平均明显高于1、2级高血压组(P<0.05)。高血压患者血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、VEGF水平与平均动脉压呈正相关,VEGF水平与LVEF呈正相关。结论高血压患者血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、VEGF水平明显升高,且与平均动脉压呈正相关,VEGF水平与患者心功能相关。Objective To explore the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）, high sensitive C reactive protein（hs-CRP） and vascular endothelial growth factor（EGFR）, and to explore its clinical significance in patients with essential hypertension. Method 150 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital were selected from October 2014 to October 2015, detected the serum levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and EGFR in different degree of hypertension patients, analyzed the relationship between the levels of inflammatory factors in hypertension patients and mean arterial pressure（MAP） and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）. Result The levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and VEGF in hypertension group respectively were significantly higher than control group（P 0.05）, the levels of serum TNF-α, hs-CRP and VEGF in grade 3 hypertension group were significantly higher than grade 1 and grade 2 hypertension group（P 0.05）. In hypertension patients, the levels of serum TNF-α, hs-CRP and VEGF were positively related to MAP, the level of VEGF was related to LVEF. Conclusion The levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP, VEGF in hypertension patients are significantly increased, and are positively related to MAP, the level of VEGF is associated with cardiac function.
