摘  要:采用常压蒸发法处理经中和后的黄姜皂素水解废液,通过定时分批截留冷凝液并测定其COD、氨氮和挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)浓度,研究蒸发过程中污染物的蒸发规律。结果表明:蒸发初期(0~130 min)冷凝液中COD和氨氮浓度较高;蒸发中期(130~310min)冷凝液中COD和氨氮浓度较低,但随蒸发时间的延长缓慢升高,蒸发后期(310~400min)冷凝液中COD和氨氮快速升高;蒸发后期COD和氨氮的蒸出量占比最高,分别为78.46%、86.45%,但蒸发后期冷凝液体积仅占冷凝液总体积的28.3%。冷凝液中VFAs主要为乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和戊酸,且VFAs分子结构越复杂,蒸发性能越好;蒸发中、后期冷凝液中VFAs对COD的贡献率为50%~76%,可降低黄姜皂素水解废液后续生化处理的难度。Hydrolytic wastewater of yam diosgenin after neutralizing treatment was treated by atmospheric evaporation process.The concentration of COD,ammonia and volatile fatty acids(VFAs)in batch evaporated liquor was analyzed to study the vaporization rule of pollutants in the wastewater.Results showed that the concentration of COD,ammonia was relative higher in the condensate liquor of early evaporation stage(0-130min),lower in the middle evaporation stage(130-310min)while increased slowly with the increasing of evaporation time,and highest in the last evaporation stage(310-400min),their concentration increased significantly in the last evaporation stage.The vaporization of COD,ammonia was highest in the last evaporation stage,which account for 78.46% and 86.45% of total COD and ammonia evaporation amount,while the volume of evaporated liquor in the last evaporation stage was only account for 28.3% of total evaporated liquor.The VFAs in evaporated liquor were mainly acetic acid,propionic acid,butric acid and valeric acid,the more complicated the chemical construction of VFAs was,the more easily they could be evaporated out.50%-76% of COD in the evaporated liquor were composed of VFAs,which indicated that the atmospheric evaporation could significantly reduce the difficulty of yam diosgenin hydrolytic wastewater disposal.
