三峡库区生态屏障区污水处理工艺及污水处理厂建设费用研究

摘　　要：近年来,国家在污水处理方面加大了工程建设的投入,污水处理厂数量逐年增加。三峡库区生态屏障区是中国重要的淡水资源库,是长江经济带的主要区域,对长江沿岸的发展起着至关重要的作用,该区域内乡镇较多,因此选取适用于乡镇级小规模污水处理厂的处理工艺及确定合理的建设成本范围也是亟需解决的问题。结合污染特征、气候特点、经济能力、处理规模及进出水浓度规律等实际因素,推荐氧化沟、A^2/O、序批式活性污泥法(SBR)、人工湿地、人工快渗等5种处理工艺可供选择应用,同时通过收集典型建设投资案例数据,分析计算得出各处理工艺不同处理规模的吨水投资,该结果可以有效指导三峡库区生态屏障区内污水处理厂的规划建设。In recent years,with the pace of sewage treatment plants＇ construction speeds up,the number of sewage treatment plant is increasing significantly.The barrier range of Three Gorges reservoir area is the important fresh water resource in our country,it is the main area of the Yangtze River economic belt,and it plays an important role in the development of Yangtze River coastal region.There are more villages and towns in this area,so it＇s important to choose suitable sewage treatment process and construction costs for small-scale wastewater treatment plants.This paper recommend 5kinds of process including oxidation ditch,A2/O,SBR and artificial wetland,rapid infiltration combined with the feature of pollution,climate characteristics,economic capacity,processing scale and water concentration.By collecting typical construction investment cases,this paper analyzed the sewage treatment plant investment value for different process and scale.It could play agood guidance for sewage treatment plants＇ construction in the area.
