摘　　要：在西方国家,由于认识到每种心理疗法都有自身的局限性,整合已成为近几十年来心理治疗演变的主要现象。而在国内,在积极学习国外相关流派理论与技术的同时,本土化是现阶段国内心理治疗领域的一大主题,已有学者在尝试创建适合我国人群的心理治疗整合体系。本文按时间的先后顺序梳理了共同因素、技术整合、理论整合和同化整合等国际国内心理治疗整合取向,并介绍了近年来心理治疗整合运动出现的新的取向与趋势。希望能促使国内心理咨询(治疗)师更多地关注整合取向的心理治疗,并为其更好地探求心理治疗原理、方法与技术的整合提供借鉴。In western countries,due to the awareness of the limitation of each psychotherapy,integration has become a major phenomenon in the evolution of psychotherapy in the past decades. With the active study of relevant theories and technologies of foreign schools,localization has been a major subject of domestic psychotherapy at the present stage. Some scholars have attempted to establish an integrated system of psychotherapy which is adapted to Chinese. This paper introduces several main orientations（ common factor, technology integration, theoretical integration and assimilative integration） of psychotherapy integration in China and abroad based on the occurrence order as well as new orientations and trends that occurred during the psychotherapy integration movement in recent years. The paper aims to let domestic psychological therapists put more attention on psychotherapy integration and provide references for better integration of the principles, methods and technologies of psychotherapy.
