摘 要:为了深入研究鱼类snrpc基因的作用机制,通过分析斑马鱼snrpc的发育时序表达,来探讨snrpc基因在斑马鱼中的功能机理。从斑马鱼的胚胎中提取RNA,进行反转录、PCR、克隆等,得到snrpc基因在胚胎发育不同时期的表达水平。结果表明,在斑马鱼胚胎发育初期,snrpc表达量较高,随着胚胎的不断发育,snrpc的m RNA表达量有所下降,到后期表达量又上升。因此,snrpc表达量的变化可能预示着snrpc发挥功能的关键时期,对snrpc的克隆和表达分析,为后续进一步研究其相关功能奠定了基础。In order to further study the mechanism of snrpc in fish,we analysed the temporal expression of snrpc toexplore the potential function of snrpc gene in zebrafish.In this study,the total RNA was extracted from zebrafishembryos,then c DNA was synthesized by reverse transcription. The snrpc gene was amplified successfully by PCR.The temporal expression pattems of ssnrpc among embryonic development were analyzed by RT- PCR. Re-sults showed that the snrpc m RNA were mainly transcribed in the initial development of zebrafish embryos. With theembryonic development,the snrpc m RNA decreased.In the late stages of embryonic development,them RNA rise again. Therefore,the changes may indicate that high m RNA level stages are the key periods. The cloningand expression characterization of snrpc laid the foundation for the further study of gene function.
