摘　　要：推动跨境电商与现代物流协同发展,实现商流与物流有机融合,既是提升跨境电商产业竞争力的必然要求,也是促进现代物流发展的重要突破口。而厘清跨境电商与现代物流之间的关系,评价两者协同发展水平,对于促进两者协同发展具有十分重要的意义。利用灰色关联理论,基于复合系统协同度模型,构建跨境电商与现代物流协同评价模型,对2008—2014年我国跨境电商与现代物流协同发展水平进行综合评价发现,跨境电商与现代物流各子系统有序度呈持续增长态势,但跨境电商与现代物流复合系统协同度并没有实现相应增长,一直在较低水平上下波动。这主要是因为,现代物流发展明显滞后于跨境电商,导致跨境电商与现代物流无法在系统结构与功能上形成有序耦合。因此,为更好地促进跨境电商与现代物流协同发展,既要激发各子系统功能,又要推动政府、企业、行业协会等多方主体协同合作与深度融合。Promoting the synergetic development of cross-border e-commerce and modern logistics and realizing the integration of business flow and material flow is the inevitable requirement for us to improve the competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce industry and the break through points for us to promote the development of modern logistics. Clarifying the relation between cross-border e-commerce and modem logistic and measuring the level of the synergetic development between them is of great significance for us to promote the synergetic development of them. Based on the synergetic degree model of the compound system and the grey relational theory, the authors discuss the synergetic measurement of cross-border e-commerce and modern logistics. With the data of the synergetic development of cross-border e-commerce and modern logistics in 2008-2014 in China, the comprehensive measurement on the level of the synergetic development between cross-border e-commerce and modern logistics shows that, both cross-border e-commerce and modern logistics have steadily developed in their own systems but their synergetic degree in the compound system has not yet correspondently upgraded; rather, it has fluctuated in the low level. The authors attribute this to the much delayed status of modern logistics, compared with that of cross-border e-commerce, hence they failed to coordinate in structure and function. So, to better promote the synergetic development between cross-border e- commerce and modern logistic, we should not only stimulate the function of different subsystems, but also promote the cooperation and profound integration of governments, enterprises and industrial associations.
