摘  要:考虑铁磁/反铁磁界面粗糙度的随机性及局域外单向的界面能的随机性,考虑原子尺度在交换偏置强度上的至关作用,提出随机场效应概念.对(Fe/FeF2)研究表明,交换偏置和自旋波线宽频率在铁磁/反铁磁双层界面是依赖于外部磁场的.应用玻恩近似,计算了交换偏置对随机场的依赖,由于界面的粗糙度,证明了在反铁磁层出现时在界面自旋波线宽的增加,但自旋波随机场线宽随着外磁场增加而减小,在较大的外场下,从实验能观察到扩展的峰.Base on a randomly of the roughness at interface of FM/AFM, and which is random on atomic scale plays crucial role in determining the strength of the exchange bias, put forward a concept for effect of random field. It is show that is used to explain the dependence of spin-wave linewidth (frequency), and of the exchange bias ferromagnetic layer in thin ferromagnetic (FM)/antiferromagnetic bilayer (FM/AFM) (Fe/FeF2) as a function of external field. Field-dependent the exchange bias is calculated by Born approximation. A random field, due to roughness at interface, is invoked to explain the large broadening of the spinwave mode when the AFM layer is present, the linewidth random fields should decrease with external field increase. For a magnitude of external field, we have a peak in broadening that can also be observed in experimental.
