摘　　要：本文阐述HER2阳性乳腺癌应用曲妥珠单抗初治病情进展原因，进展后继续应用曲妥珠单抗治疗有效的循证医学依据及目前增进曲妥珠单抗疗效的具体方法。This article reviews the cause of trastuzumab in treating human epidermal growth factor re- eeptor-2 （HER2） positive breast cancer, the evidence-based practice of continued use of trastuzumab, and some approaehes to improve the efficacy of trastuzumab.
