核桃叶提取液对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察核桃叶提取液对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的影响,为探讨核桃叶止血和抗凝机理奠定基础。方法:取小鼠40只,将其均分为正常对照组(给予0.85%Na Cl注射液)和核桃叶提取液低、中、高浓度组(分别给予0.15、0.3、0.6 g/ml核桃叶提取液)4组,每组10只。每天给予相应药物灌胃1次,10 d后检测各组小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间。结果:正常对照组和核桃叶低、中、高浓度组的凝血时间两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);核桃叶低、中浓度组的出血时间与正常对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),核桃叶低、中、高浓度组的出血时间两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),核桃叶高浓度组的出血时间明显短于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:核桃叶提取液不影响凝血时间,高浓度的核桃叶提取液能够缩短出血时间;核桃叶具有一定的提高生理性止血作用。Objective：To observe the effect of the extract of walnut leaf on the bleeding time and coagulation time in mice,and to lay a foundation for the study of the mechanism of the hemostasis and anti coagulation of walnut leaves.Method：Forty mice were taken and randomly divided into 4 groups,normal control group（given 0.85%Na Cl injection）,Walnut leaf low,middle and high concentration group（respectively given 0.15,0.3,0.6 g/ml Walnut leaf extract）,10 mice in each group,they were given irrigation gastric 1 time a day,received the corresponding drugs,the bleeding time and clotting time of mice in each groups were detected after 10 days.Result：In the clotting time of normal control group,Walnut leaf low,middle and high concentration group,compared between any two groups,there were no statistically significant differences（P〉0.05）.The bleeding time of the Walnut leaf low and middle concentration group compared with the normal control group,there were no statistically significant differences（P〉0.05）.In the bleeding time of Walnut leaf low,middle and high concentration group,compared between any two groups,there were no statistically significant differences（P〉0.05）.The bleeding time in the Walnut leaf high concentration group was significantly shorter than that in the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The extract of Walnut leaf don＇t affect the clotting time,and high concentration of Walnut leaf extract can shorten the time of bleeding,Walnut leaf has a certain effect on promote hemostasis of physiological.
