硫酸镁治疗重度子痫前期患者的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨硫酸镁治疗重度子痫前期患者的观察与护理。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月-2015年5月在笔者所在医院分娩的重度子痫前期患者106例,在使用硫酸镁治疗期间,均采用严密的临床观察与规范的护理措施,包括规范观察指标、适时健康教育、密切观察病情、持续心电监护、输液泵控制滴速、常规准备10%葡萄糖酸钙等。观察硫酸镁治疗的效果及副作用。结果:106例重度子痫前期患者的治疗效果满意,未发生子痫及镁中毒。结论:对于硫酸镁治疗重度子痫前期患者,通过规范的观察,严密的监护,能够达到有效治疗及预防母婴并发症的发生,安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective：To discuss the clinical observation and nursing of Magnesium Sulfate for the treatment of severe preeclampsia patients.Method：From January 2014 to May 2015,106 patients with severe preeclampsia in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.In the using of Magnesium Sulfate treatment period,all patients were given rigorous clinical observation and normative nursing measures,including specification of observation indexes,timely health education,closely observation of the disease,continuous ECG monitoring,control of the dropping speed by infusion pump,conventional preparation of 10% calcium gluconate,etc.The effect of magnesium sulfate treatment and side effects were observed.Result：The curative effect of 106 patients with severe preeclampsia was effective,without the eclampsia and magnesium poisoning.Conclusion：In severe preeclampsia treated with Magnesium Sulfate,by specification observation and strict monitoring,can achieve effective treatment and prevention of complications,and is safe and effective,which is well worth clinical promoting.
