专科医院信息化管理系统在医院门诊应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨专科医院信息化管理系统在医院门诊应用效果情况。方法选取医院门诊医护人员40名作为观察对象,依据医院信息化管理系统实施前后进行分组,2011年1月—2013年2月为信息化管理系统实施前,2013年3月—2015年3月信息化管理系统实施后。观察医院信息化管理系统前后医护人员对信息化管理的认知程度评分,观察医院信息化管理系统前后门诊并发症发生率、医院感染发生率、患者满意度情况。结果信息化管理系统实施后医护人员对信息化管理的认知程度评分均优于实施前,信息化管理系统实施后门诊并发症发生率、医院感染发生率、患者满意度均优于实施前,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论专科医院信息化管理系统在医院门诊应用后,可以明显的提高医护人员认知水平,降低风险事件发生率,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore application effect of hospital outpatient clinics by information management system in the special hospital.Methods The medical workers 40 cases of hospital outpatient clinics were selected as subjects of observation,which was to be divided into two groups by hospital information management system before and after implementation,2011.1-2013.2 was information management system before implementation,2013.3-2015.3 was information management system after implementation.The cognitive degree score of medical workers for informatization management of hospital information management system before and after implementation were detected,outpatient complication rates,incidence of hospital infection,satisfaction of patients of hospital information management system before and after implementation were detected.Results The cognitive degree score of medical workers for informatization management of hospital information management system after implementation were better than before implementation.The outpatient complication rates,incidence of hospital infection,satisfaction of patients of hospital information management system after implementation were better than before implementation,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significance.Conclusion The application of hospital outpatient clinics by information management system in the special hospital,which can improve cognitive level of medical workers,decrease incidence of risk events,and increase patients satisfaction,which is to be used.
