摘  要:针对大功率IGBT有源驱动技术的特点,对目前大功率IGBT有源驱动电路辅助电源产生、IGBT工作参数的测量估计、结温的监测与估计、有源钳位技术的国内外动态进行了综述,提出了大功率IGBT有源驱动技术的可行性,指出了该技术存在的问题.归纳分析国内外研究成果表明,大功率IGBT有源驱动技术还不完善,有很多理论和技术问题需要进一步探索和研究.In accordance with the technical features of the high-power IGBT active matrix driving, this paper summarizes the developing tendency at home and abroad on the generation of auxiliary power source of IGBT active matrix driving circuit, the estimation of IGBT operational parameters measurement, monitor and estimation of the junction temperature and the active clamp technique, presents the feasibility of the active matrix driving technology of the high-power IGBT and points out the problems existing in this technology. By concluding and analyzing the research findings at home and abroad, it is shown that the active matrix driving technology of the high-power IGBT is imperfection yet, and has many theoretical and technical points that need to be explored and researched further.
