摘　　要：鉴于坚定官兵理想信念是固本培元、凝魂聚气的战略工程,着眼社会、部队和个人成长环境与青年官兵自身思想特点,从理论与实践上分析了青年官兵在坚定革命理想信念上遇到的挑战,探索了新形势下坚定青年官兵理想信念的对策和基本途径.Considering that to firm youth officers and soldiers＇ ideal and belief is a strategic project to restore the vigor and concerntrate the energy, this article analyzes the challenge confronted by the youth officers and soldiers to firm revolutionary ideal and belief in terms of theory and practice, focusing on the society, units and personal growth environment, and the ideological features of the officers and soldiers themselves, and finds out the fundamental approach to firming youth officers and soldiers＇ ideal and belief under the new situation and its countermeasures.
