军校政治课程面向雷达兵基层政治工作的思考

摘　　要：为增强军校政治课教学的针对性和有效性,对雷达兵某旅进行了关于基层政工的主题调研,分析了当前雷达兵部队基层官兵思想与心理状况的基本脉络,了解了基层雷达兵部队政治工作发展的某些动向,进而对如何改进军校政治课教学进行了全方位的反思,从教学理念、教学内容、教员队伍建设以及教学评价等方面提出了改进军校政治课教学的几点建议.In order to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the political curriculum in academies, this article makes an investigation and survey on the grassroots political work in some brigade of radar units, seizes up the basic context of officers and men＇ s thoughts and psychological status in radar units＇ grassroots, and understands some trends of the political work development in the grassroots. And therefore, this article has an all-round reflection on how to improve political course teaching in academies, and puts forward a few suggestions on its improvement in terms of teaching idea, teaching contents and construction of teaching team as well as the teaching assessment.
