摘　　要：降低装置加工损失率,表观上可以改善装置技术经济指标,更主要是减少物料损失提高装置竞争力,减少对环境的污染。介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司吉林石化分公司乙烯厂乙烯装置损失率的情况,从损失率构成方面分析了各项损失来源。提出从严格管理、优化工艺操作、提高装置运行水平三方面来减少损失。Reducing the processing loss ratio of ethylene plant can not only improve the technical and economic indicators,but also reduce the material loss,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the ethylene plant and reduce environmental pollution.This article introduces the processing Joss ratio of the ethylene plant at PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company,analyzes the loss sources based on the composition of loss ratio,and presents that the loss ratio can be reduced by carrying out strict management,optimizing process operation and improving the operation of ethylene plant.
