摘　　要：通过对张家界市应收账款质押融资业务的开办银行机构、质押标的等进行比较分析,发现存在景区门票收费权质押贷款银行风险防控难度大、认可度较低等问题。因此,应建立旅游产权交易中心,合理管理景区门票收费权质押贷款额度,严格监控专用账户资金,加强应收账款质押融资宣传,积极发展应收账款质押融资业务。A comparative analysis is made on the banking institutions that transact receivables pledged financing business in the city of Zhangjiajie, and the pledged objects, finding that there are problems such as the risk preven- tion and control over scenic spot ticket toll rights pledged bank loans being too difficult, its acceptance being low. Therefore, we should set up an exchange center for tourism property rights, rationally manage scenic spots ticket toll fights pledged bank loans, severely monitor the special account funds, strengthen the publicity of pledged receiva- bles financing, and actively develop the receivables pledged financing business.
