摘 要:受到化工介质和工作环境的影响,化工设备上的螺栓连接易出现松动的情况,且在松动初期难以察觉,容易造成设备故障和安全事故。针对化工设备螺栓松动隐蔽性强、危害性大的问题,提出了一种基于螺栓连接结构应变的螺栓松动监测技术。研究了此螺栓松动监测技术的理论依据,并进行实验验证。通过分析被连接结构的应变分布,得到了螺栓所受夹紧力情况,从而实现了螺栓连接健康状态监测。因此,该螺栓连接松动监测技术是实际可行的。Influenced from chemical mediums and environment, bolts in chemical equipment are easy to loosening. This situation at the beginning is hard to be observed so that faults in equipment or safety accidents may happen. With respect to the concealment and hazard in this problem, in this paper one technique for monitoring bolt loosening based on structural strain in bolted connection structure was proposed. The theory of this technique was studied and verification experiment was performed. Through analysis, the strain distribution can be determined and bolt force can be obtained, so that the condition of bolted connection is monitored. It has been proved that this technique is feasible in practice.
