摘  要:对水蒸汽螺杆膨胀机余热发电系统展开了理论与试验研究。根据等熵理论建立了理论模型,模拟压差、膨胀比、背压等对水蒸汽等熵焓差的影响。从经济性角度根据过膨胀理论,提出了水蒸汽螺杆膨胀机余热回收系统的设计原则,并将理论计算值与试验结果进行了对比分析。模拟结果表明:水蒸汽膨胀比对焓差的影响大于压差;过大的膨胀比并不会导致焓差等比例上升。试验表明吨蒸汽发电量从膨胀比为1时的1.8 k W/t,增加到膨胀比为2.4时的32.2 k W/t,增长了17.6倍;由于存在内泄漏会使得膨胀机进口体积流量在不同入口压力下发生变化。Theoretical and experimental studies for residual heat power system using steam screw expander were carried out in this article. Based on entropy theory theoretical model was built so as to simulate the effects of differential pressure, expansion ratio and back pressure to the enthalpy of isentropic steam. From the view point of economy and based on over expansion theory, the design principle for steam screw expander residual heat recovery system was proposed. The results from theoretical calculation and experiment were compared and analyzed. It was shown from the results of simulation that the effect of expansion ratio of steam to differential entropy is larger than that of differential pressure, but over large expansion ratio will not result in proportionally increase of differential entropy. It also shown that the power generated from one ton of steam is 1.8 k W/t when expansion ratio is 1 but 32.2 when expansion ratio is 2.4, the latter is 17.6 times of the former.
