摘  要:针对某起液氨泄漏事故中单冻机回气集管封头脱落的原因展开研究,通过失效件宏观检查、断口分析、焊缝微观组织及成分分析等手段对失效结构进行失效分析,在对未失效封头焊缝进行对比观察和性能测试的基础上,进一步展开失效过程的力学分析及安全评定,最后探讨了发生的"液锤"现象对结构失效的影响,并给出了封头脱落原因的综合分析结论。With respect to the accident that the closure of collecting pipe was drop-off which resulted in liquid ammonia leakage, the cause was analyzed. Through the methods of macro exam for failed component, ruptured cross section analysis and weld micro constitution and composition analysis, further procedures of mechanics analysis and safety assessment were carried out based on the comparison of this failed closure with non-failed closure on the results of property test. Finally the effect of water hammer to the failure of structure was discussed, and the summarized analysis conclusion for the cause of closure drop-off was presented.
