摘　　要：为实现烟草种植管理的空间信息化、可视化和实时分析,根据烟草培育、种植、加工的实际生产管理要求,以Arc GIS API For Java Script开发技术为支撑,构建出一套基于Web GIS的烟草种植管理信息系统。该系统实现了空间数据采集、融合的可更新和拓展,烟草种植信息化管理,主要包括烟草空间属性查询与编辑、高光谱产量监测、空间分析决策和基础信息等模块,并以贵州水城县盐井乡烟草种植空间管理应用为例。实例表明:该系统具有运行稳定、操作简单、扩展性好的特点,能通过固定或移动客户端进行操作,为各级政府烟草管理部门决策提供数据依据和分析工具,促进了烟草种植空间管理向实时化、精细化、科学化的模式转变。In order to realize the spatial information management of tobacco cultivation,visualization and real-time analysis,according to the requirements of the actual production management of tobacco cultivatiing and planting process,the Arc GIS API for java script technology is developed to support a information system of Web GIS tobacco planting management. The examples show that the system has stable operation,simple operation and good expandability,which can operate by fixed or mobile client,for all levels of government department of tobacco management decision-making to provide data and analysis tools,and promote the tobacco planting space management to the transformation of the model of real-time,precise and scientific.
