摘 要:目的:结合学龄前儿童心理行为探讨集中式与分散式治疗远视性弱视的疗效差异。方法:(1)将患儿随机分为集中治疗组与分散治疗组两组。集中治疗组:在我院眼科弱视治疗室行弱视治疗;分散治疗组:遵医嘱在家进行弱视治疗,并每月定期复查;(2)所有患儿均采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(child behavior checklist,CBCL)(家长用)评定儿童心理行为现状,两组均采用综合疗法治疗弱视。结果:(1)集中治疗组疗效均好于分散治疗组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)患儿弱视疗效与CBCL社会能力总分、活动情况、社交情况、体诉、违纪因子负相关(P<0.05),其余各组疗效与CBCL各因子均无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论:集中治疗弱视可以对患儿进行心理干预,增加其依从性,疗效优于分散治疗;弱视治疗疗效差可能与患儿易违纪、社会能力及社交情况差等有关。Objective: To explore the differences in efficacy of hyperopic amblyopia between the centralized and decentralized therapy combining the psychological and behavioral of preschoolers. Methods:( 1) The children with amblyopia were randomly divided into two groups: the centralized group treated amblyopia at the room of amblyopia treatment in the Center Hospital of Panzhihua; the decentralized group treating amblyopia at home prescribed by doctor,and reviewed monthly;( 2) All amblyopias were used the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist( parent version) to assess the current situation of psychosocial behavior. Both groups were given a comprehensive treatment of amblyopia. Results:( 1) The treatment effect of the focus groups were better than the decentralized groups,and it was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05).( 2) It is negative correlation between the effect of amblyopia treatment in children and the CBCL social ability score,activity,social situation,body action,discipline factor( P 〈 0. 05). There has no significant correlation between the efficacy and other CBCL factors( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion: The centralized treatment can do some psychosocial interventions correspondly for children when treating the amblyopia,increasing its compliance. So,the the efficacy of the concentrate therapy was superior to the dispersed. There is some relationship between the bad therapeutic effect for amblyopia and some children against discipline,poor social skills and social circumstances.
