摘  要:江西某钨钽铌矿细泥WO_3、Ta_2O_5品位分别为0.041%、0.011%,采用传统摇床工艺回收,WO_3、Ta_2O_5回收率仅为26.41%、13.19%。本研究细泥试料经离心选矿机粗选,然后采用浮选脱硫-微细摇床重选、全浮选、浮选脱硫-离心选矿机重选三种工艺流程对粗选精矿进行精选对比试验,最终确定采用离心选矿机重选-浮选脱硫的联合选矿新工艺回收该细泥中的WO_3、Ta_2O_5,经离心选矿机一粗四精和浮选脱硫一粗一扫一精,得到WO_3品位为33.35%、回收率为65.65%,Ta_2O_5品位为3.36%、回收率为24.28%的钨钽精矿,有效强化了该细粒级钨钽的回收,提高了钨钽的资源综合利用率。The fine slime of a tungsten-tantalum-niobium ore from Jiangxi contained 0.041 % WO_3 and 0.011 %Ta_2O_5.The recoveries of WO_3 and Ta_2O_5were only 26.41 % and 13.19 %,respectively by using the traditional shaking table process.Through the comparison test of three kinds of process flow,the final determination adopts the combined beneficiation process of centrifugal separation and flotation desulfurization,which can effectively strengthen the fine grade tungsten tantalum niobium recovery and improve the utilization rate of resources,is used to recover WO_3,Ta_2O_5 of the fine slime.By centrifugal separation(one time roughing,quartic cleaning) and flotation desulfurization(one time roughing,one time scavenging and one time cleaning),the tungsten-tantalum concentrate grading 33.35 % WO_3 and 3.36 % Ta_2O_5 was obtained with recoveries of 65.65 % WO_3 and 24.28 % Ta_2O_5 respectively.
