摘 要:采用常压烧结法制备W掺杂Li_3PO_4陶瓷靶材,通过改变WC磨球与Li_3PO_4粉末原料质量比大小,确定W掺杂Li_3PO_4陶瓷靶材的最佳制备工艺。通过XRD测定靶材物相结构,SEM观察靶材的断面形貌,万能实验机测量靶材的抗弯强度,维氏显微硬度仪测量靶材的维氏硬度,阿基米德排水法测量靶材密度等,对W掺杂Li_3PO_4靶材的性能进行了分析表征。研究表明,WC与Li_3PO_4球料比为2∶1的条件下获得的W掺杂Li_3PO_4陶瓷靶材的综合性能最佳,靶材的相对密度达到92.24%,抗弯强度达到38.34 MPa,维氏硬度达233.810,HV0.3。This paper dealt with the preparation of tungsten trioxide doped lithium phosphate target by traditional solid-state sintering method.The effect of the WC ball to powder ratio on the properties of the targets was studied,which determined the optimal preparation of W doped Li3PO4 ceramic target.The phase structure of the target was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and the fracture morphology was observed by SEM.The bending strength and the Vickers hardness were measured by universal-testing machine Vickers microhardness instrument respectively.Then,the researchers measured the density using Archimedes drainage method.The results indicate that the best doping mass of the ball to powder ratio of WC and lithium phosphate power is 2 ∶1.The sintered tungsten-doped lithium phosphate ceramic target can achieve a relative density of 92.34 %,a bending strength of 38.34 MPa and a Vickers hardness of 233.810 MPa.
