摘 要:差压流量计在工业生产中广泛应用,但在气固两相流测量中会出现对测量元件的堵塞、磨损等问题。为解决上述问题,在经典文丘里管流量计的基础上改进了测量方法,即运用气体压力探针思想来测量流量。通过数值模拟研究了气体压力探针对文丘里管流量计测量流量的影响,最后得到改进后的流量计的流量测量范围。该方法可很好地解决流量计测量气固两相流时遇到的问题,为测量复杂环境的流量计的改进提供了新思路。Differential pressure f lowmeters have been widely used in industrial production, while measuring elements may be blocked or abrased in the gas-solid two-phase flow measurement. In order to solve the above problems, this paper is aimed at improving measure methods based on the classic venturi tube flowmeters, which is measuring flow rates by using the gas pressure probe. The main idea is to research the impact that gas pressure probe has on the flow rate measurement of venturi tube flowmeters through numerical simulation, finally, the range of measurement of improved flowmeters can be gained. This method can solve problems flowmeters encounter when they measure gas-solid two-phase flow, as well as provide new thoughts for flowmeters to measure complex conditions.
